Plan A

Ever wished you had an internal IT guy? Wish no more we are here to provide that on demand IT support service. With our Plan A you get peace of mind and the knowledge that a qualified Tech is able to assist you.

  • Printer & Peripheral Support.
  • Onsite Repairs & Upgrades

All this for just £10.00 per month per workstation (up to 20 workstations) contact us if you have more than 20 machines for our corporate pricing.

Plan B

If you do not want a support package or your needs are light then we will happily cover your systems on an ad hoc basis.

Ad hoc work is a bit more expensive and starts from £35.00 per hour.

All services available to our normal clients are available with the exception of some types of remote support.

How does it work?
Simply contact one of our locations as we will pop to your workplace and do a free no obligation infrastructure survey. We will provide you with a full quote and a plan to bring your business IT systems up to standard, Once we have received your first months payment we will implement the plan according to an agreed timetable.

How long am I locked in for?
It's up to you we offer contract plans as short as 3 months. Ask us for a detailed quote.

Do your plans cover hardware replacement?
No our plan is for labour and services only however if you wish we can incorporate a hardware replacement budget as part of the monthly fees to be used to replace and renew hardware as required. This allows businesses to be assured of continuous IT availability.

Are there limits to telephone support or on site support?
Yes unfortunately we cant offer an "unlimited" service as this may be detrimental to our other clients. But we strive to provide a quality service for a reasonable price. In the unlikely event that there are too many problems appearing we will work with the business to identify a strategy for reducing faults training courses for users etc.
